Dr. Cory’s interest in soccer has grown and flourished throughout the years and volunteers at the Barca Academy USA as the supervising physician, while also working with high-level soccer clubs in developmental academies here in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area. Dr. Cory has been appointed one of the two US soccer physicians in Phoenix over the last five years and has been the on-field surgeon for eight international soccer games including the Gold Cup and Copa America Centenario, as well as covering local US soccer training events and coaching seminars.
Through his love and dedication to soccer and his passion within the medical field, Dr. Cory believes that his purpose has come full circle as he uses his knowledge and expertise to guide young athletes in not only recovering from an injury, but in the prevention of injury through optimized movement and athleticism. An Arizona native, Dr. Stewart grew up in Mesa; graduating Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a degree in Exercise Science. During his undergraduate studies he took part in the athletic training program at ASU and assisted in the care of athletes.
A Glendale, AZ native and a graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in Microbiology, Dr. Ratliff attended Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale Arizona, earning his medical degree in 2015. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO in 2018 where he was Chief Resident, and completed a fellowship in sports medicine at University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas where he provided medical care to Division 1 SEC Athletes. Dr. Ratliff is Board Certified in Family Medicine and holds a specialty certificate of added qualifications in Sports Medicine.
Leah Brown, MD, is a gifted orthopedic surgeon serving men, women, and children at Urgently Ortho in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Brown works alongside a team of amiable health professionals to treat a range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal complications.
Dr. Brown received her Bachelor of Science in genetics from the University of Georgia, where she was a 14-time NCAA All-American, a two-time NCAA National Gymnastics Champion, and inducted into the Circle of Honor at the University of Georgia in 2016. She earned her Doctor of Medicine at the Ohio State University and completed an internship in general surgery from the Naval Medical Center San Diego.

Tom has 25 years of experience working with athletes of all ages and abilities. He is Board Certified as a Sports Physical Therapist (SCS) by the American Physical Therapy Association, is dry needling and ASTYM certified, as well has been ART certified. He has served as an adjunct professor at NAU in the Physical Therapy Department at Phoenix Biomedical Campus.
