Dr. John Cory, Founder of Soccer Doctors

Dr. Cory’s interest in soccer has grown and flourished throughout the years and volunteers at the Barca Academy USA as the supervising physician, while also working with high-level soccer clubs in developmental academies here in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area. Dr. Cory has been appointed one of the two US soccer physicians in Phoenix over the last five years and has been the on-field surgeon for eight international soccer games including the Gold Cup and Copa America Centenario, as well as covering local US soccer training events and coaching seminars.

Through his love and dedication to soccer and his passion within the medical field, Dr. Cory believes that his purpose has come full circle as he uses his knowledge and expertise to guide young athletes in not only recovering from an injury, but in the prevention of injury through optimized movement and athleticism. He created Soccer Doctors AZ as an easy answer for finding high quality, local in-network providers for immediate care of all your soccer-related issues.

Destin Hill, MD

A Sports Medicine specialist in Scottsdale, Arizona. He attended and graduated from Medical College Of Georgia in 2007, having over 13 years of diverse experience, especially in Sports Medicine. Dr. Destin E Hill also cooperates with other doctors and physicians in medical groups including Orthopedic Specialists Of North America, Plc., OSNA Primary Care, LLC.

Graham Gould, PT, DPT, CDNP

Graham received his bachelor’s in biology from St. Joseph’s College.  He went on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Northern Arizona University in 2006.

Uchenna Uzo, Global Director of Soccer Systems and Soccer Professional

Uchenna is the Global Director of Soccer Systems for Soccer Doctors and the Arizona Institute of Motion. He currently holds a license as a C-level Soccer Coach. He was born and raised in Nigeria where he played soccer from the time he could walk. Uchenna attended Coastal Carolina University where he competed as a division 1 soccer player while earning his degree in economics. He has been playing soccer professionally for over 5 years and has also earned his MBA in business management. His on-field experience and educational background have helped him excel quickly in his industry.

Mason Robbins, Global Director of Technology, Data, and Business Innovation

Mason Robbins is the Director of Technology, Data, and Business Innovation for Soccer Doctors. He has studied and lived in six different countries and can speak several languages. He has an extensive background in business development and is most interested in the business side of sports. Mason has a passion for travelling and creating relationships all over the globe. He has visited over 72 countries and plans to continue seeing the world while doing what he loves.

Amanda Swanson, Global Director of Media and Digital Innovation

Amanda Swanson graduated from the Walter Cronkite School at Arizona State University. She has an extensive background in Media, Marketing and Public Relations. She has worked with people from many different backgrounds and professions. Building relationships is something that she enjoys most about her career. Amanda is passionate about helping others turn their visions into a reality.
